| i actually can't remember anything that stands out in any way. I guess that the whole experience of attending high school in waukegan was cool. We had the Viet Nam war going on . Hippies in California. I guess one big memory is when I was a Freshman and It came over the intercom that Pres. Kennedy had been shot and the whold school had suddenly became so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. Teachers sat quietly in class and didn't teach. We just finished out the day and after class there wasn't any screaming and running. Everyone just left and hurried home to sit in front of their t.v.s to see what happened | |

| Hello all. First just let me say," GO RAIDERS!! " Alright now that out of the way. Experience and wisdom cannot be taught, only passed down. So i am going to pass down some wisdom I learned thru experience . Don't worry about what kind of label your jeans or shoes have on them. Don't worry about if you have the coolest hair or the coolest cell phone or if the way you walk down the hallway is cool. What you need to worry about is what you are going to be doing after your four years are up. Please continue your education after H.S. it doesn't matter if it's a University, Jr. college, or military. Talk to your counselor, teacher, or coach they can help you. "Luck is when preparedness meets opportunity" | |
